Keeping You Current with Your Medications
It is so important that you take your medication as prescribed. We work with you to help ensure that you don’t run out of medication. We also don’t want to send you too much medication. That unnecessarily costs you money.

When your refill is due, we will call you to let you know it is time to order a refill. Or, if you don’t want those reminder calls, you can let us know by turning off notifications in our patient portal. The patient portal also allows you to see what refills are ready to be filled, and while you are there, you can place an order for all available refills. We also call you to let you know when your medication is on its way.

Providing the Information You Need
We are committed to making sure you have the answers you need regarding your medications. You can call us or you can send us a question in our patient portal any time. You have to log in to ask questions and see our pharmacists’ answers, so no one else can see your private information. We will send you a response within 24 hours.

We can also provide audible prescription instructions, and we provide braille labeling for the visually impaired.

At NoviXus, when we ask, “How we can help you,” we mean it.
We hire licensed pharmacists and certified pharmacy technicians, many of whom have community pharmacy experience, or experienced technicians who earn their certification within six months. We know that our professional pharmacy staff have the credentials they need, but we also know that they care about what you need.
